Our MACOLA® (MRP/ERP) integrated system combined with our state-of-the-art Hänel® computer controlled carousel system provides seamless visibility of inventory information throughout the supply chain. The computer-controlled system links us directly to the supply chain as well as monitors every component we have on premises. This system records every transaction by bar code scanning each component as it is added to our inventory and when it is utilized in an assembly. Because of the cost-efficiency and reliability of this system, handling time is reduced, and smaller, more frequent runs are possible without increased costs.
Our experienced procurement and materials management professionals with many years of experience and contacts in the industry, offer complete control of our inventory supply. We have put in place a proprietary system to help us forecast, schedule, and source the components required for your assemblies. The system allows us to maintain dedicated inventory when necessary, plan and forecast more effectively, schedule more efficiently and have greater control of obsolete inventory while reducing stranded inventory.
