Engineering Design Services: Our design services encompass a wide range of capabilities to ensure that from the very beginning, your assemblies are designed for manufacturability and testability to help you get new designs or product modifications into the market quicker.

Prototyping/New Product Introduction: Our prototype department, with their dedicated resources, can quick-turn concepts into products giving you the ability to alpha and beta test new products or enhancements quickly and efficiently.

Printed Circuit Board Assembly: Libra Industries features the latest in sophisticated surface-mount technology and through-hole equipment housed in facilities that were carefully designed to create a clean, static and dust-free environment ensuring the highest quality results. Our highly automated operations are designed for efficiency to help improve your time to market. We adhere to strict quality and manufacturing procedures as is evidenced by our ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certifications.

Low-Cost Region Capabilities: Libra recognizes our clients’ needs for low-cost manufacturing solutions for higher volume/mature products. We have strategically aligned ourselves with best-in-class offshore manufacturers to provide our clients with access to the cost benefits of low cost regions while, at the same time, reducing the risk of selecting the right EMS provider. Each provider we work with has been thoroughly reviewed by our team thus removing your need to spend valuable time and expense researching potential vendors. System Integration/Box Build: Augmenting our PCBA services we offer mechanical and electromechanical assembly and sub-assembly capabilities. Housed in our dedicated integration facility Libra Industries helps customers improve total system costs by providing module assembly or complete system integration services thereby reducing the internal costs associated with final assembly and testing.

Materials Management: We believe that outstanding materials management capabilities are an absolute necessity when choosing an EMS provider. Our inventory management system integrates computer-controlled carousels and the latest ERP software, with experienced procurement and materials management professionals.

Dedicated Program Management: We understand that frequent and planned communication is critical to successful supply chain management and product delivery.
